Hi everyone, and welcome to Living for the Better! The purpose of this blog is simple: to live for the better—with God. I’ve been Catholic all my life, but I drifted from my relationship with God during my teenage years. At my lowest point, at age 19, I found Him again. Now, at 24, I realize I can’t do life without Him—He is my everything.
This blog isn’t just for Catholics; it’s for anyone who wants to grow in faith and live a better, purpose-driven life. A year ago, God placed it on my heart to start this blog. You might wonder, “Why the wait?” Honestly, I was scared. I didn’t feel qualified. I’m a STEM girl who never loved reading or writing, though I always enjoyed creative writing. But here I am, being obedient to God’s calling, despite the fear of the unknown. If I let fear rule my life, it means I lack faith, and I’m determined to trust God in this journey.
I hope to share my stories and experiences as proof that God will never leave or forsake you. Along the way, I’ll also share lifestyle changes that have improved my quality of life. Since I’m currently in graduate school, I’ll do my best to post every Saturday.
